The Australian Industrial Relations Commission has recently released four exposure drafts covering the cement and concrete products industry, including the asphalt and bitumen industry.
The exposure drafts have been released so that interested parties can have the opportunity to make written submissions and to participate in further consultation in the Commission before the final awards are made on 4 September 2009 (noting that it will not take legal effect until 1 January 2010).
