Australian Business Lawyers is the legal sponsor of the HR Summit 2010 to be held on 28 and 29 April at the Crystal Palace, Luna Park, Sydney.

Siobhan Flores-Walsh, Partner will be delivering a presentation entitled "The right to request flexible working arrangements – anything but a toothless tiger!"on 28 April at 12.15pm at the Director's Forum. This session will cover:
• Putting in place the ‘R2R’ compliance infrastructure - sample tools will be provided
• Ensure the legal implementation of the change
• Skill up relevant managers
• Implement post response (to the request) processes
• Implement a simple change management strategy
