Where a matter results in a claim for unfair dismissal, we commonly represent clients in such matters. Year after year, our professional staff represent hundreds of clients in unfair dismissal proceedings in jurisdictions throughout Australia. The vast majority of those proceedings are settled with an outcome commercially advantageous to our clients (recognising the nature of the legislation and the tribunals).
We also advise and represent employers about other employment claims which may arise from the termination of employment, including complaints under anti-discrimination laws, common law actions and unfair contracts proceedings.
Enforcement of Restraints/Confidentiality Clauses and Agreements
