EXPERIENCE
Belle is a Senior Associate specialising in corporate/commercial law. In particular, she is litigator who has a broad knowledge and keen interest in contract and/or trust disputes, directors and/or shareholders disputes, share sales disputes, insolvency law, and general corporate commercial law matters, including debt recoveries.
She has also acted in commercial transactional matters, including but not limited to mining and property transactions. Her transitional work experience enhances her legal understanding and commercial insights into the litigation matters, providing a solid foundation and unique skillsets for her to apprehend and pinpoint the core nature of each commercial dispute.
As an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer, Belle brings a wealth of knowledge to clients. Her track record has been excellent.
