EXPERIENCE
Jarrad joined Australian Business lawyers & Advisors in June 2019 as an Associate. During this time, Jarrad has assisted businesses with a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters, including:
- Performance management
- Disciplinary action
- Interpreting of industrial instruments
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts
- Termination of employment
- Unfair dismissal and general protection matters before the Fair Work Commission
Prior to joining Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors, Jarrad worked with another leading employment and workplace relations law firm as a Workplace Relations Consultant where he advised businesses ranging from small enterprises to multinational corporations on a wide range of employment and industrial matters.
Jarrad also has significant experience with the government sector through his time working in the operational Policy Unit at Roads and Maritime Services.
