EXPERIENCE
Madeleine is a workplace lawyer with experience in employment law, industrial relations and work health and safety.
She joined Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors in 2015 and has experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, interpretation and application of modern awards and assisting with investigations into safety incidents (including responding to regulators). She also has experience undertaking reviews of client policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Based in our Newcastle office, Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law and has authored many presentations and publications on work health and safety issues.
