Warwick's speciality is property law, particularly focusing on leasing for businesses. Whether leasing is retail, commercial or industrial, Warwick is a strong advocate for fair and balanced relationships between landlord and tenant. Warwick also has a particular awareness of legal interests in property and how to protect those interests.

Involving Warwick in the early stages of leasing, asking the right questions before anything is signed and negotiating on key issues assist the parties to start out on that right foot. Warwick can help clients understand which issues are key and which are not.
Warwick has helped government authorities restructure their property portfolio, helped the Waterfront Action Group (who represents waterfront owners throughout Sydney Harbour) in making representations to IPART and then was part of a small group establishing a common form domestic lease with RMS for leasing of waterfront improvements, acted for owners in restructuring and buyouts of multi residential retirement villages and was called upon by the Business NSW (formerly NSW Business Chamber) to talk to businesses affected by the 2017 floods in Murwillumbah and Lismore.
Warwick is now called upon to assist businesses in their leasing relationship that are affected by the COVID19 pandemic and is the support for Business Australia’s COVID19 advice line service for businesses across Australia.
Warwick has the ability to promptly get on top of the relevant issues, assess their importance and progress resolution of those issues.
