Lewis is an employment Relations Professional with over 10 years’ experience working for consultancy businesses and Employer Organisations.
He commenced with ABLA in January 2017 as Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, responsible for providing advice to members of Business Australia and clients of ABLA through the Workplace Advice Unit. He was also responsible for training and mentoring new Graduate and Junior Advisors on the Workplace Advice Line, along with guiding other advisors with complex case management.
Lewis has experience across all facets of the employment life cycle, including redundancies, performance management, transfer of business, recruitment, ill/injured workers, workers compensation, workplace investigations, mediations/grievance handling, remuneration, Work, Health and Safety, NSW Contracts of Carriage legislation for Owner Drivers, Unfair Dismissal and General Protections claims, enterprise bargaining, superannuation and payroll compliance.
Lewis has experience in the following sectors: social and community services (welfare), aged care, early childhood and school education, health and construction materials manufacturing.
