Lilian joined Australian Business Lawyers & Advisers in 2018 and has gained experience providing advice to large and small businesses on:
• employment law;
• industrial relations;
• construction and;
• workplace health and safety.
Prior experience includes working as an in-house lawyer on a variety of workplace and commercial issues including termination of employment, contractual disputes and underpayment disputes and workplace injuries. Lilian has spent considerable time working with clients in the residential building and construction and property industry.
Her strong attention to detail has ensured excellence in drafting and reviewing employment and residential construction contracts, interpretation and application of modern awards, lobbying state and federal governments on changes to relevant industrial relations legislation and experience with other regulators, in particular the Queensland Building and Construction Commission.
Lilian is committed to working with her clients to achieve their desired outcome in a collaborative, practical and responsive way.
Holding a Bachelor of Business (Economics) and Bachelor of Law, Lilian was admitted to practice in the Queensland Supreme Court in 2015.
