Zoe has dedicated her career to assisting businesses of all sizes navigate the complexities of the workplace relations system and assist businesses in managing difficult situations with legally and strategically sound solutions.
She commenced her career working as a Workplace Relations Advisor and then Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, including for the NSW Business Chamber, before deciding that she wanted to take the step of becoming legally qualified.
Zoe commenced working for Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors in 2011 and during that time has appeared on behalf of clients in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, Fair Work Commission and the Supreme Court. Zoe has worked on a range of matters including post-employment restraint disputes, executive retrenchments, business restructuring including, the modern award reviews and policy work, contract and policy drafting and disputes, and enterprise bargaining and agreement negotiation.
Zoe has a Bachelor of Arts Informatics degree from the University of Sydney, being a degree focusing on Informatics and Project Management as well as Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations in 2005.
Zoe completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University in 2013 and was admitted as a lawyer. In 2018 Zoe was promoted to Senior Associate.
