Business Change - Reorganisation, Improvement and M&A
To add value in the people side of these activities, whether it is due diligence, risk evaluation and mitigation or change management you need to have experienced these activities from both outside and inside a major corporate setting. Nigel brings this depth of experience to ABLA clients and works with them often with an ABLA embedded team to ensure projects succeed.
Safety Management Systems & Incident Investigation
Few practitioners have actually constructed, drafted and implemented safety management systems mapped to AS 4801 or lead critical incident investigations and reviews and engaged with leading ASX Boards about them. Nigel brings this experience to ABLA client’s working closely with his fellow director Joe Murphy.
